Join me for a recurring, casual Forest Bathing experience at Shelby Bottoms each Tuesday evening this summer. We will meet a few steps into the Forrest Green Trailhead entrance to Shelby Bottoms at the clearing next to the pond on the right. We will spend approximately an hour on the land engaging with the natural world. There will be opportunities to wander or the option to remain at our meeting location. Wear clothing that will keep you comfortable outdoors and bring water if you wish.

Cost is a sliding scale $0-$20. No sign ups necessary.
