What takes place at a Forest Therapy Walk?
I will guide us in several invitations to bring awareness to our senses and give you the opportunity to engage with our natural world. A standard walk is 2 to 3 hours of light movement.
how much does it cost?
Prices for joining a group walk vary ($0-$20) depending on the event and location - see Upcoming Walks
To schedule a solo walk - just you and myself - the cost is $160.
For Couples - $140.
Private walks for groups - starting at $250
I never want cost to prohibit sharing forest therapy with those who need it. If you have concerns, reach out.
What do I bring to a Forest Therapy Walk?
Wear clothes that are appropriate for the outside weather. Feel free to bring something to sit on, water, extra layers or anything else that will make you feel more comfortable. If you have any accessibility concerns, please reach out to me before the walk - this practice is designed to adapt to you!
