What better way to celebrate the Earth than by "bathing" in all it has to share? Forest bathing invites participants to slow down, engage their senses, and connect with nature and the present moment in a new way. Participants will be guided in a small area and move slowly through sensory invitations. This type of nature immersion has been shown to improve physical and mental health.
Meet promptly at 10am at Shelby Park (exact meeting point will be emailed). Ticket required.
This forest bathing experience will be guided by Sarah Champion of Forest Therapy Nashville, an experienced certified Forest Therapy Guide via the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Walk is not a nature identification experience nor a hike and is accessible to all levels of fitness. Twenty percent of revenue is donated back to Shelby Park.
Cost: $21 per person
